The Twig is an online shop sprouting from the creative collaboration between a mother and two daughters to bring to the forefront their constant pursuit of accoutrements for the home and gifts for those with discerning taste.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns are accepted for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please email shopthetwig@gmail.com with any questions before placing an order.

Customer to arrange shipping and assume responsibility for damages. Credit will be valid for one year from date of issue.

DAMAGES

Shipping damages must be claimed within 24 hours of receiving the package. All packaging must remain intact and be well documented in order to claim insurance. Please email damage claims to shopthetwig@gmail.com with detailed photos of the shipping box, packaging, and damages.
